    Certified Personal Trainer

    I.S.S.A. Certified Personal Trainer with life-long personal and professional experiences in IFBB Elite Pro Competition, athletics, team sports, guided group fitness and nutritional experiences across many states, fitness facilities, schools, and effective instruction. Attentive to the needs of others and their goals, who will bring accuracy, motivation, enthusiasm, and determination to the task of maintaining a reputable front line, ensuring that the facility's image and operations are always fully and successfully managed.

    Yoga Instructor

    Andie is a recent Southwest Florida transplant, having spent most of her life in Denver, CO, where she first discovered yoga and completed teacher training. Being an army spouse, she has a heart for our military, veterans, and first responders and is also a certified trauma sensitive yoga and meditation instructor. She enjoys teaching all styles and levels of yoga and is focused on helping her students feel empowered and at ease in their practice.

    Yoga Instructor

    Mí holds a 200-hr certification in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga through Yoga Alliance, is certified in Pilates Mat and Foam Rolling for Myofascial Release, and leads other group fitness classes. She is passionate about the study of yoga as a whole-body path to wellness. Through her own transformative journey, she has discovered a newfound enjoyment of fitness but more so confirmed the importance of balance in mind, body, and spirit. She continues her education with classes, workshops, and additional certifications in Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Yogalates, Guided Meditation with Breathwork, and Thai Yoga Message. Mí takes a fun lighthearted by focused approach, as they say laughter is the best medicine. She wants to walk alongside you on your path to wellness; encouraging you, supporting you, helping you to discover your best self.

    Joan loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. Joan is here to assist others find this release so that they can comfortably and competently move their bodies through life. Her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced. She loves yoga because it makes her feel awesome and allows her to eat more chocolate cake.

    Group Exercise Instructor

    Rustine was certified as a Group Exercise Instructor by NETA in 2018, following a lifelong passion to teach balance, agility, strength, and endurance to her contemporaries. Rustine is certified in Fusion Workouts, and Adult CPR. Rustine's philosophy of exercise builds on movement, body strength, and mindful progress. She tries to make her exercise classes fun and comprehensive for all body parts. Rustine is pleased her musical playlists make her classes want to move - whether indoors or poolside. Come join her at Pump & Burn,  Pilates, and Aquacise at Esplanade. You will have the chance to realize her mantra: Don't quit until you're proud.

    Essentrics Instructor

    Judi has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She is a specialist for Dr. Sears and conducts group or individual comprehensive healthy living workshops. Judi hosted the PBS TV special series "Health and Fitness Hotline." She danced with the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center for 10 years until moving to Naples.
